Playlist and Podcast for July 2, 2009

Wow, quite a lot has happened in a week. Celebrities are dropping like flies these days. Most importantly (to the music world, at least), shortly after posting last week's show, it was all over the news that Michael Jackson was dead. In Chicago, there are quite a few things going on, even though it's 4th of July weekend. The Taste of Chicago continues, and there is a list of some suggested shows after the playlist. Take care, and enjoy the show!
